Garlands — Pickup, Local Delivery & Nationwide USA Shipping

All garlands are handcrafted fresh-to-order. Because they are perishable flower arrangements, we work closely with each customer to coordinate timing and shipping.

Because garlands are made to order with fresh flowers, we ask that you request a custom garland quote at least 48–72 hours before your event.

Tanjore Paintings — USA Shipping

Tanjore paintings are carefully packed and shipped across the United States via standard carrier (USPS / UPS / FedEx).

Returns & Cancellations

Garlands

As fresh-flower garlands are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns on completed garland orders. If there is a quality issue at delivery/pickup, please contact us within 2 hours with photos and we will do our best to resolve it.

Cancellations: Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial charge to cover materials already sourced.

Tanjore Paintings

If a painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and original packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Returns for reasons other than damage are accepted within 7 days of delivery — the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging at the buyer's shipping expense.
